The Little Soiree is based in Carlsbad and creates balloon garlands, arches, backdrops and custom installations for celebrations across North County and San Diego. Whether you want to collect a ready-to-hang garland or have Jill handle the setup, start with your event date and location.

Carlsbad balloon garlands and pickup

Our Grab & Go garlands start at $125 and arrive assembled in your selected colors with hanging materials and instructions. Pickup is in Carlsbad by confirmed arrangement. You receive the exact pickup location and window after your order is confirmed.

For an event that needs a larger display, request a custom installation. Our work includes celebrations at homes and event venues, as well as branded installations. Visit the corporate gallery to see projects including Omni La Costa events.

Send your venue address or ZIP code so we can confirm the available delivery or installation option for your event. City names alone do not determine the delivery fee; the exact location and order matter. You can also arrange Carlsbad pickup for eligible Balloon Bar pieces and handle setup yourself.

For a celebration at a home, send a photo of the wall, entrance or patio you want to decorate. For a venue, check setup access, attachment rules and collection times. If the event is outdoors, share the event hours and whether the location has shade.

How local delivery works

Balloon Bar delivery is available throughout North County San Diego, with eligible options shown at checkout after you enter your address. Current delivery tiers are:

  • Up to 10 miles: $40 delivery with a $100 order minimum.
  • Up to 20 miles: $65 delivery with a $150 order minimum.
  • Up to 30 miles: $95 delivery with a $250 order minimum.
  • Beyond 30 miles: contact us for a delivery quote.
