Refunds & Cancellations
Every Little Soiree piece is handmade to order, so all sales are final once your order is confirmed.
Cancellations: Cancel at least 7 days before your event for store credit toward a future order. Cancellations within 7 days of your event aren't eligible for credit, since materials have already been purchased and prepared.

Changes: Need to change your date, colors or numbers? Message us at least 5 days before your event, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

After pickup or delivery: Balloons are delicate and can be affected by wind, heat, direct sun, sharp objects and handling. Outdoor displays are especially sensitive, since wind can pop, tangle or topple balloons, and heat can cause them to expand and burst. Once your order has been picked up or delivered, we can't offer refunds for popped, deflated or damaged balloons. For best results, keep balloons indoors or in a shaded, sheltered spot, and secure outdoor pieces well. Helium balloons float best indoors and are made to last through your event day.
